Paul J. Pimpinella
Paul Pimpinella is the managing partner of Compson & Pimpinella, PLLC. He is a member of the Trusts, Estates and Elder Law sections of the Oneida County Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Pimpinella is the principal owner of Compson & Pimpinella, PLLC, having joined the firm in 2009.
Mr. Pimpinella currently concentrates his practice in the fields of Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Wills and Trust Law, Elder Law, Estate/Trust Administration, Business Succession Planning and Real Estate.
Mr. Pimpinella is a graduate of the Berkshire School, received his Bachleor of Arts from Siena College and his Juris Doctorate from Western New England School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of New York and the Federal Northern District, Eastern District, and Southern District Courts of the United States.
Lisa M. Heintz
Lisa M. Heintz joined Compson & Pimpinella in April 2011. Lisa’s practice focus is in Estate Planning and Elder Law where she specializes in Long-term Care Planning and asset preservation for the elderly, Guardianships, Special Needs Planning, Tax planning and Estate Administration. Lisa has focused on this specialization since 2005 when she was admitted to the New York State Bar. She previously practiced in New York City where she presented and regularly contributed to the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law and Special Needs section.
Lisa graduated from Albany Law School where she earned a concentration in Estate Planning, with honors, and a concentration in Tax Planning, with honors. She began this concentration in 2004 and was a part of the Albany Volunteer Income Tax Assistance(VITA) program for the school and the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. Lisa is a member of the Elder Law and Special Needs and Trusts and Estates sections. Lisa now resides in Clinton, New York with her husband and three sons.
Lisa previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Clinton Early Learning Center, and is an active parent in the AYSO organization which her sons participate in.
G. Kevin Ludlow
Mr. Ludlow is an attorney at Compson & Pimpinella, PLLC. He was admitted to the practice of law in New York in 1984, Florida in 1987, and Washington D.C. in 1989. His concentration of practice is real property, wills, estate planning and administration, business acquisitions, and landlord/tenant.
Mr. Ludlow is a graduate of Colgate University, Syracuse University, Maxwell School and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School of Lansing, Michigan. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Oneida County Bar
